Died On Friday the 21st inst, in Madison Tp., CATHARINE EYER, in the 75th year of her age. The deceased was the relict of Ludwig Eyer the original proprietor of Bloomsburg, who laid out the town, and after whom it was for many years called Oyertown. He died in 1814 aged 47 years. Another new made grave is now beside his , in the church-yard he laid out and gave to the town. She who was his companion in life, now rests with him in death. She was much esteemed and beloved by those to whom she was known during life; and bid adieu to this world in full faith and a well grounded hope of obtaining that crown of glory which a merciful redeemer hath promised to the faithful in God.
