ORONDO WOMAN DIED Went to Walla Walla for Operation but Died There

The body of Mrs. Carrie Sonney arrived on No. 1 today. Mrs. Sonney died at College Place, Walla Walla on August 2, having gone to that place about three weeks ago to undergo an operation which she was not able to stand.

She was 41 years of age and leaves a husband P. J. Sonney and four children, three daughters and one son. The daughters are Mrs. C. L. Trapp of Orondo, Emma aged 18, Ruth, 12, and the son Clarence is 21. The funeral will be held at the Sonney home at Orondo tomorrow morning at 10: 0’clock, Rev. J. A. Rippey of Malaga conducting the service. The interment will be at Waterville. W. H. Hamilton & Son of this city have charge of the arrangements.
