Carolyn Lee Zelasko, 73, died peacefully with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at her home.She was born Oct. 18, 1943, in Indiana, PA, to William and Carolyn Barbara (Richardson) Crumrine Hogan.
Carolyn was a homemaker who loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed reading and especially being at camp in the mountains of Pennsylvania with her family.
On Jan. 25, 1964, in South Bend, IN, she married Albert Anthony Zelasko Sr., who survives.
Also surviving are her beloved children, Angela (Randy) Curless of LaPorte, Jennifer (Chris) Thompson of New Carlisle, IN, Albert Zelasko Jr. of Mishawaka, IN, and Daniel Zelasko of New Carlisle; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, William Crumrine Jr. of Erie, PA; as well as other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
