Carl W. Latimer, 71, 545 Hall NW, died at his home following a four and a half-year illness.
He was born here Oct. 8 [18}, 1902, the son of James and Gertrude Glancy Latimer.
Prior to retiring, he was employed as route manager by the Warren Sanitary Milk Co.
He was a member of United Commercial Travelers.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Beach Latimer, whom he married April 24, 1930; two sons, Blaine G. of Tucson, Ariz., Glen E. of Cortland; two daughters, Mrs. Edward (Bonnie) Crawford of Gustavus, Mrs. Lee (Ida M.) Bennett of Niles; two brothers, Harry E. of West Farmington, Walter J. of Kinsman; a sister, Mrs. Robert (Agnes) Gilligan of Southington; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the McFarland and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
