Caleb WRIGHT, Jr. was b. ca 1780, and was married before 1800, with apparently a couple of young children in his household, according to the Census that year. Owego, Tioga, New York.


--Caleb Wright, erected a grist mill, on the Wappesenning, in 1812.

Caleb Jr appears to have died before his father Caleb Sr.

Another Caleb Wright is listed in the "Directory of Tioga County, New York 1887-'88" Compiled and Published by W. B. Gay & Co. Syracuse, N.Y.: The Syracuse Journal Company, Printers and Binders 1887 "Wright, Caleb, prop. Dunham's mill". This is thought to be a grandson of Caleb Sr., but there are a number of Wright families to choose from in the area around Nichols, Tioga County, NY at that time.
