Corvallis Gazette Times, September 18, 1950

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter A. Ren(t)frow, she was born on June 20, 1874 at Bolivar, Missouri. She moved with her brother to San Jose, California in 1899 and was married there to Albert Johnson in June of 1900. The couple settled in Hollister where Johnson was a rancher. He died in 1931. Since that time, Mrs. Johnson had been living with her daughter, Mrs. H. H. Hogue. The family came to Corvallis in 1944 from San Jose.

Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Hogue, one sister, Mrs. Harriet J. Fox of Bolivar, Missouri, one niece and one granddaughter.
