Mrs. Blanche Donovan

Services for Mrs. Blanche Donovan, 87, of Ennoble Manor will be held at 10 am Saturday at St. Raphael's Cathedral. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Ed Siegert - Al Didesch Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., where the wake service will be held at 7 pm Friday.

Mrs. Donovan, formerly of 642 University Ave., died Thursday at St. Joseph's Unit, Mercy Health Center. She was born in Jackson County, Iowa. Her husband Richard died on Feb. 16, 1962.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Louis (Donna) Brenke and Mrs. Norbert (Lois) Houselog, both of Dubuque; three sons, Cornelius "Neil" of Bernard, Iowa, Frank of Santa Clara, Calif., and Gerald "Buzz" of Branson, Mo.; 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. William (Alice) McCarthy of Dubuque, and three brothers, George Johnson of Dubuque and Carlyle and William Johnson, both of Maquoketa, Iowa.

A Blanche Donovan Memorial Fund will be established.
