The 1860 Census lists Bishop R. Flesher, age 8 with est birth date of 1851 and the 1870 Census lists Robert Flesher, age 19 with est birth date of 1851. I have therefore assumed that Bishop R. is Bishop Robert. This assumption may be in error.
