Personal History

Benoni Kittredg(e), fifth son of John Kitteridge and Mary Littlefield, was born 2 3mo. [May] 1677, in Billerica, colony of Massachusetts Bay.[1][2] He died 29 November 1753, in Tewksbury (formerly a part of Billerica), Province of Massachusetts Bay.[3][4]
