[Note: the marriage is found in Barbour's records of Lebanon, but the death is not.]
↑ Benjamin's birth is not recorded in either Scituate or Little Compton. It is believed he is the oldest son based on the father's will, hence his birth is estimated to be about 1689, though this may be based on an invalid assumption that 3rd son Ebenezer was b. 1691 (it was a different Ebenezer who was b. 1691). It is not known, strictly speaking, if Benjamin was a child of the first or second wife.
