Benjamin Wildman Jr.

Benjamin W. Wildman Jr., 79, of SR 12, Fostoria, died at 10:15 p.m. at the Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center in Findlay.

He was born Sept. 30, 1925, in Sandusky CO to the late Benjamin and Anna (Wolfe) Wildman Sr. On Sept. 9, 1943, he married Sara (Gangwer) Wildman in Middleport. She survives in Fostoria. Other survivors include: three daughters, Judith Babb and Carol Dillery both of Findlay, Sandra Gallentine of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Betty Ickes of Fostoria; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, in the 45 Infantry Division.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 9, 2005, at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home in Fostoria. Burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, Arcadia, with military honors to be performed by the United Veterans of Fostoria.
