Vol. 58, p. 308 25 Mar 1761: "John Torrey of Weymouth in the County of Suffolk Cordwainer, admitted by the Judge, Administrator cum testamento annexo, of the Estate of Benjamin Richards late of Weymouth aforesaid yeoman deceased, during the Minority of Ephraim, his eldest son, now surviving. Abigail the Widow of the deceased, & Executrix named, being non compos mentis."
