Murder of Samuel Jenks

Benjamin and his wife Hannah were arrested in relation to the murder of Samuel Jenks, but was later believed to be acquitted. Benjamin's brother, William, was found guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and sentenced to six years of labor at Clinton prison.
