She was living at 607 So. Bloomington St., Streator, IL at the time she wrote the letter to the Commissioner of Pensions notifying them of her mother's death.

So far I've only found her in the 1870 census in Butler Township, Vermilion Co., IL living in the same household as William and Sarah but I can't be positive she's a daughter. I'm assuming so. She's listed as just Sarah but in 1880, Rankin, Butler Township, Vermilion Co., IL, she's Sarah B. so perhaps Belle is what she goes by.
