    The above Richard Harrison also had a son named Andrew who died in 1718. His son, Andrew (died in 1752) married Elizabeth Battaile. Among their children was a son anmed Battaile Harrison. The Harrison relatives called him "Taily". Battaile Harrison married Frances White. His will was proved October 7, 1776. The children on Battaile and Frances were:

    1. Reuben married Peggy Franklin
    2. John married Sally Ellis
    3. Richard married Susannah Lee. He was the Major Richard Harrison in the Revolutionary War-- a man of measns, many slaves, and choice land.
    4. William married and moved to Tennessee.
    5. Frances married Richard Lee.
    6. Elizabeth married William Tinsley.
    7. James died unmarried.
