Bibb County, Alabama; Written 3 August 1857

I BARNABUS SEALE of County and State aforesaid: unto my daughter, Mary Ann Seals now MARY ANN SIMS five dollars; unto my son WILLIAM MORGAN SEALS five dollars; unto my daughter ELIZA ANN ELIZABETH SEALS one Negro woman FANNY; unto my daughter NANCY JANE SEALS now NANCY JANE COKER five dollars for the use of her heirs born while in her lifetime as the lawful wife of NOAH COKER JR; unto my son BARNABAS SEALS JR four hundred dollars; unto my daughter MANERVIA SEALS now MANERVIA CORLEY one negro Girl Child MARIAH; remainder of my estate to be equally divided between my lawful heirs not herein named. I appoint my son WILLIAM MORGAN SEALS my sole executor.
