    The "inventory of the estate of Barnabas Davis, who deceased November the 28th, 1685," presented on 15 February 1685/6, totalled £76 17s. 6d., of which £55 10s. was real estate: "two acres & 3 quarters of land in the field," £41; "a cow common," £5 10s.; and "two woodlots," £9. A late addition to the inventory was "more due from Stephen Willows in money for land," £20. Debts against the estate totalled £30 8s. 6d., including a debt "to Nathaniel Davis for money lent his father to buy a 3 quarter lot of Deacon Cutler," £5 [MPR 6:278-79].
    BIRTH: About 1599 (aged 36 in 1635 [Hotten 108]; deposed about 4 April 1660 aged "about sixty years" [MCF Folio #25]; deposed 25 June 1661 "60 years or thereabouts" [MCF Folio #26]; d. 27 November 1685 aged "about 86" [ChVR 1:130]).
