Barbara Lea Hendricks, 69, of Dawson springs, died 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Ky.She was born June 5, 1933, in Hopkins County, Ky., to the late Thomas Jefferson Jones and Cora Elizabeth Forbes Jones. She was a member of the Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Jones.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Hendricks; one daughter, Robin McGill of Henderson, Ky.; two sons, Thomas F. Densmore and David Densmore, both of Dawson Springs; five sisters, Lois Brown of Madisonville, Addie Arnett of Ilsley, Ky., Dorthy Cook of Suhards, Ky., Brenda Johnson of St. Charles, Ky., and Jo Ann Storms of Linton, Ky.; five brothers, Jeff Jones Jr. of Earlington, Ky., Grover Jones of Beulah, Ky., Harold Jones of Madisonville, Donnie Jones of Champaign, Ill., and Jimmy Jones of Temple, Texas; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Barnett Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville with the Rev. Ronald Hendricks officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Tommy Densmore, Jeff Densmore, Dustie McGill, David Jones, Darrel Jones, and Jason Hallum.Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church, Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
