    Barbara Brooks Tyler, 65, of The Woodlands Community in Shenandoah, TX, formerly of the Perry and Grantville area, died Saturday, November 19, 2016 at her home. Barbara was born January 21, 1951 in Lawrence, KS, the daughter of Alva Everett and Helen Lucille Bolz Brooks. She attended Williamstown Elementary School and Perry Rural High School. A Cemetery Chapel Service will be 11:00 AM, Friday at Meriden Cemetery Chapel. Inurment will be at Meriden Cemetery. Cremation was arranged by McNutt Funeral Home, Conroe, TX. Barnett Family Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, KS, is assisting the family with Meriden Services.
