Steven McDaniel compiled the family of Asa McDaniel who married Sarah McCollum in 1802 in Randolph Co, NC. He and Sarah were buried in the Old McDaniel Graveyard in Brownsburg, Hendricks, IN. They had 2 other children: William (b. 28 Dec 1815 Randolph Co; d. 15 Feb 1841 Hendricks Co) and Harriet (b. abt 1823, d. 14 Jul 1834). Her daughter Sarah Elizabeth was living with Asa in 1850.
