Arieh Lieb Brody was a Cohen - a prestigious Rabbi and bookeeper for loggers on the water . He was a redhead and a handsome man. He was reputed to be a great swimmer. He died about age 39 and there were tributes in all of the towns for him on his death. She married again and then left her second husband in Russia when she came to the United States.
