  1.   Neal I have received a message from a J. J. Sharp saying he has Andries Hans Scherp with two sons, Gysbert (Gilbert) and Johannes. He says Andries' daughter is Ariaantje Jans and her mother is Gerritje De Metsalaer. He has Ariaantje marrying Andries Rees on 1 January 1696. I am away for the winter, it's awful in NY. But plan to sort this Scherp/Sharp line out, but probably can't do much until I get back home in May. How sure are you of the information you have?
  2.   I have marriage on 1 April 1697 in Claverack, Columbia County, New York (with a note the event might have happened in January).
  3.   I have Ariaantje's birth in 1679 in Kinderhook, Columbia, New York and death on 18 Oct 1750 in Newton, Sussex, New York. I believe that Newton is in New Jersey; needs some investigating; I'll do what I can.
