In 1860 census, lives near Mary G Synnott, who I *think* is Archibald's sister, and is at least a likely relative.
Death
Because the death information for Archibald Campbell doesn't list his parent's names, it is difficult to tell whether the 1895 drowning victim is the same Archibald Campbell. In some ways, I would think it unlikely to be, as Archibald Campbell has life-long ties to the community that would be likely to be recorded at his death.
Upon review of Bath Independent articles on the disappearance of Archie Campbell, I believe the man who died in 1895 (a resident of Bath) is not this Archibald Campbell
