Anna Marie Koutek didn't know her d.o.b. according to her daughter. She used 1865 as the year, and celebrated it on Sep 15th, the date of her marriage, but I don't know if that date was chosen before, for, or because of her wedding. The d.o.b. the Czech Embassy reported was 11 Oct 1866.
