Anna King Anna King, 71, of Gibsonburg, died Sunday afternoon at Toledo Hospit al in Toledo. She was born in Arcadia OH, on June 26, 1932, to Edmund and Bessie (Eding er) Filliater. She married Richard King on July 6, 1948, in Angola, In d. He died June 14, 1985. Anna worked at Atlas Engine Works, Gibsonburg f or 40 years as an inspector. She was a member of the Shiloh United Methodi st Church and the Shiloh Ladies Aid. Anna also was a member of the Unit ed Methodist Women, Women of the Moose and loved to sew and do needle work . Anna is survived by sons: Richard (Peggy) King of Wayne OH, Joseph (Tamm y) King of Helena OH, Randy (Bruce Stull) King of Tiffin OH, and James ( Tammie) King of Kansas City, Mo.; daughters: Sharon King of Fremont, Cher yl (Paul) Adams of Gibsonburg; 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildre n, two step grandchildren; brothers: Lawrence Filliater of Berkley MI., C arl Filliater of Fremont; Sisters, Lavina Williams of Findlay, Marvis Wel ls of Helena, and Marie Dolweck of Greensboro, N.C She is preceded by husband, parents and brothers, Richard and Nickolas Fil liater. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, April 22, at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funer al Home and Cremation Services in Gibsonburg with Pastor Becky Schofield o fficiating. Burial will be at Old Fort Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2004, at the funeral ho me with Women of the Moose services at 7:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. added by Jon Jay Shultz, April 20, 2004. |
