  9. "ANGOLA-- Pauline Ritter, 90, died Tuesday, May 21, 2002, at NorthernLakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Angola. Mrs. Ritter was ahousekeeper for Elmhurst hospital in Angola. She lived in Angola andwas a member of Pleasant View Church of Christ and Women of the Moose,both in Angola.she was born March 28, 1912, in Quincy, Michigan, toChester and Mary English. Her first husband, Iven Arnold, survives inFremont.her second husband, Gerald Ritter, preceded her in death onNovember 20, 1978. Also surviving are one daughter, Lavonne Wineland ofQuincy; one son, DeVon Arnold of Angola; three stepsons, Max Ritter ofAngola, Lester Ritter of Butler and Gerald Ritter of Grabill;onestepdaughter, Shirley Hamilton of Coldwater, Michigan; onesister-in-law, Irma English of Coldwater, Michigan; severalgrandchildren several great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by two brothers, Amos and Harold English; onesister, Mildred George; and two grandchildren. Services will be heldThursday at 1 PM in Weicht funeral home, Angola, with calling after 11AM. Tim Seevers will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery,Steuben County."
