!OBITUARY; Miss A. Bemenderfer; 1929 Miss A. Bemenderfer Died Suddenly Today Adrian Milliner Had Been Sick About Five Weeks Miss Anna Bemenderfer, aged 66 years, died suddenly at 12 o'clock today at her home, 422 Dennis Street, after several weeks of failing health. Miss Bemenderfer had been a proprietor of a millinery store here for 22 years, purchasing the Misses Prices' stock of merchandise upon their retirement from business. The store was located on North Main Street and about five years ago, she moved to the present location on South Main Street. Before entering business here, Miss Bemenderfer was employed as a clerk and buyer for 15 years in the A. B. Park & Co. dry goods store. Ms. Bemenderfer was born in Ohio and came here from Detroit more than 40 years ago. She also resided for a time in Morenci. The only survivors are a nephew, Robert Sloan of New York City and niece, Mrs. Sparkling of California. Her only sister died in this city, May 30 of this year.
