Ann Marie Lovett-Sanders, age 57, of Branson, Missouri, passed away at home Monday, December 14, 2015. She was born on August 28, 1958 in Bloomfield, Iowa. She was the beloved daughter of Charles and Mildred Tucker. Both preceded her in death. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks, Hollister, Missouri. Annie graduated from Davis County High School in 1976. In 1981, she graduated with highest honors from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. Her degree was in Elementary Education. After a year of teaching in Missouri, Ann moved to the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas. For the next 19 years, she nurtured young minds as a celebrated educator in various Middle Schools in Texas Valley. Among her most honorable achievements was the selection of being the recipient of the Texas Middle School Association Outstanding Teacher Award in 1998. obit from Findagrave: In 1999, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Kenneth Lee Sanders in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lee Sanders of Branson, Missouri, where they have resided for the past several years. Left to savor the warm memories of Annie's compassionate care, are her "fur persons," Sassy and J.C. She is also survived by her siblings, Stephen (Becky) Tucker of Keosauqua, IA, Carolyn (Steve) Armento-Clark of Fort Dodge, IA, and Kay (Roger) Price of Bridgton, Missouri. In addition, she is survived by Alicia Davenport of Orlando, Florida, the daughter of her heart, as well as many special nieces and nephews and friends. Celebration of Life services and burial will be held at the Barker Methodist Church near Downing, Missouri. Interment will be at the Barker cemetery in the Tucker Family Plot at a later date. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on December 27, 2015 with a fellowship luncheon following. Memorials have been established to assist in funeral arrangements and also to benefit a No-Kill Animal Shelter of the Family's choice. Family and Friends attending the Celebration of Life are invited to bring an item to benefit rescued animal care, with the donation to be offered in Ann's memory. Annie spent her entire life loving and caring for rescued animals, a punctuation mark of her deep compassion for those unable to care for themselves.
