Name recieved from Royce Flandro. She is also mentioned in he r mother's will of September 1822: "...with regard to the one half left to my daughter Ann Eliza i t is my desire for my said Executors to place the same in the sa fest and most productive manner they are able, using the interes t thereof for her education and support during her minority an d giving the said one half product of my estate aforesaid to m y said daughter Ann Eliza on her attaining the age of twenty-on e years."

The 1810 and 1820 censii, combined with the date of herfather' s death suggest that she was born between 1805 and 1808.

The 1810 census of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, p age 219a [1084] lists Eliza Flanderow as head of a household con sisting of one white female 21-45, one white male 11-15, and tw o white females ten or younger.

The 1820 census of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, p age 157 [212] lists Elizabeth Flandrow as head of a household co nsisting of one white female over 44, one white female 21-44, on e white female 16-20, one white female 10-15, and one white mal e 10-15.
