NOTE: Millett lists two daughters named Anna in this family, one born 1710/1711 and married Aaron Riggs, and one born in 1724. The VRs do show Anne b. 1710/11 to Andrew and Mary, and show Anna b. 1724 to Andrew and Mary. Normally you see this duplication of names only when the first child of that name died young, but Anna was also commonly interchangeable with Hannah and since no daughter Hannah appears listed in this family, that may be another possibility. Apparently this confusion has caused some researchers to believe that Millett is mistaken in his identification of the parents of the Anne who married Aaron Riggs but he appears to have evidence on his side.
