Harrison was born March 7, 1897 in Senecaville. He lived with Lee and Hattie Moorhead until September 24, 1914 when he married Mary Lena Brock daughter of Jacob Brock of Zanesville, Ohio. They had five children, Doris Evelyn 1918-2007, Mildred Annabelle 1923-0000, Norma Carolyn 1925-0000, Charles Andrew 1927-1929 and Lois Hattie 1931-0000.
