- ↑ This is a very speculative match. The father Jonathan's will names a son Andrew who is not listed in the sparse sources on this family. This Andrew fits and in 1860 census shows an older woman Elizabeth living with him, presumably his mother, whom we know survived her husband. Some of Andrew's children are born in Ohio, so he appears to have moved with his parents and then kept going west. But no direct evidence that this is the right Andrew has been found.
