DEATH OF MRS HARRY YORK,
Mrs Mildred Amelia York, wife of Mr Harry York, of 4 Edward-street, South Singleton, died on Monday night, aged 75 years. She had been in ill-health for three or four years, and the immediate cause of death was bronchial pneumonia. Deceased was born at Camden, but lived in Singleton practically all her life. She is survived by her husband, four sons and three daughters, viz., Messrs. Jack (Newcastle), Harold, Fred and Harry (Singleton), Mrs O. Watson (Balmain), Mrs N. Shearer (Glendon), and Miss. Doris York (Single ton). The funeral, which was conducted by Messrs. Partridge Bros., took place yesterday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Church of England cemetery at Whittingham.
