Name is Emelia Elizabeth Jackson. Source is her 1888 birth registration. It appears that she used the name Amelia rather than Emelia as the former name is used in later documents. A photo of her grave marker shows her name spelled as Amelia.

1888 - Emelia Elizabeth Jackson was born on December 28, 1888 in Chapman Township. Her marriage registration lists her place of birth as Magnetawan, Ontario.

1906 - On December 19, 1906, Emelia (spelled Amelia) E. Jackson, 18, spinster, School Teacher, born in Magnetawan, married Frank Tiegs (spelled incorrectly as Trigo, 22, bachelor, Railway Brakeman, born in Renfrew County, in Township of McMurrich, Parry Sound District, Ontario, Canada. His parents were listed as Arthur Tiegs (spelled incorrectly as Trigo) and Mary Bessie Thal. Her parents were listed as John Jackson and Maria Louise Wallis (spelled incorrectly as Wallace). Witnesses were John E Jackson (her brother), Magnetawan and Maggy Darby, Township of McMurrich, Parry Sound District. When married they planned to live in Burks Falls. 1907 - On September 22, Emelia's (spelled Amelice) first child, Della Elizabeth Tiegs, was born in Chapman Township. The father was listed as Frank Tiegs, Labourer, resident of Croft Township and mother as Amelice Jackson. Source is Della's 1907 birth registration.

1912 - On March 5, 1912, Emelia's second child, Ross Franklin Tiegs, was born in Township of Willoughby, Welland County, Ontario. In this document, Emelia's name is clearly spelled Amelia. The father's name was listed as Frank John Tiegs, Farmer, and the mother as Amelia Elizabeth Tiegs. The document was certified by Amelia Tiegs, Synder, Ontario.
