Page 418. Will of Ambrose Smith of St. Thomas's Parish in Orange County, being weak in body, dated 21 Sept. 1769.
To my two sons Edward Smith and John Smith the land whereon I live being 150 acres to be equally divided.
Other estate I lend to my well beloved wife Ann Smith during her life and widowhood and after her decease what remains to be equally divided between by two sons.
My well beloved wife Ann Smith and my brother John Smith executors.
