In Wonewoc, Wis., Dec. 8th, 1859, of chronic pericarditis, Mrs. Alzina Walters, in the 50th year of her age, wife of Thomas Walters, and daughter of the late Dea. Alfred Maxson. Mrs. Walters embraced religion in early life, and was a member of the 1st Seventh-day Baptist Church of Brookfield, N. Y., for a number of years. In 1845 Mr. and Mrs. Walters moved to Walworth, Wis., and about two years ago they moved to Wonewoc. Although she was deprived of church privileges, she has lived a devoted life up to her death, and has gone to enjoy that rest that remaineth for the children of God. Mrs. Walters has left a kind husband and six children, and a large circle of relatives, to mourn their loss.
