  10. ↑ per User:Janiejac: I see that other charts have his first name of Albert, but it is Alvis on the 1860 and 1870 Census. Alvis' middle name of Sutton taken from Rebecca's rootsweb chart named Blount-Jackson Family. And by 1880 census he is calling himself Sutton. Although he is named Albert S. in the 1900 census, his death record names him Sutton so he appears to have continued to use that name. I have not checked deeds or other records to determine if the name Albert was an error or not. His name in the 1910 census was enumerated as Alverce, and in the 1920 as Alva S.
