Obituary ALMA LYNN HARP Funeral services for Alma Fern Lynam Harp who died at Newton Memorial Hospital Thursday morning, after an illness of several weeks were held in the Christian Church Friday, December 28, 1934, conducted by her pastor, Mrs. Belle Reid Yates. Alma Fern Lynam was born in Grenola, Nov. 2, 1918, and passed away Dec. 27, 1934, aged sixteen years, one month and twenty-five days. She was married to Victor Harp on Sept. 1, 1934, and has been under a doctor's care most of the time since. She is a daughter of Mrs. Ella Lynam and besides her mother and husband, Victor Harp, she leaves three siters, Mrs. Lillie Wonser, Mrs. Clara McMillin and Iva Lynam and two brothers, Bob and Buddy Lynam, who mourn her passing. She also leaves her Grandmother Lynam in Ohio and her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. O. J. McKain of Barger, Oklahoma. She united with the Christian Church and was baptized June 14, 1931, and has been a dear quiet little worker in the Junior and Senior Endeavor and Sunday School work. The relatives have the sympathy of her class and many friends.
