OBITUARY - GROH, ALLEN J. Lansing, MI. ----------------------------- Aug. 20, Age 59, passed away on August 20, 1989. He was born in Lansing on June 20, 1930, and has been a life-long resident. He graduated from Lansing Everett High School; was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U.S Air Force. He owned and operated Buster's Grocery Store on South Cedar Street, and was currently associated with Jenca Associates. Surviving are Wife, Deloris; Son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Rohonda Groh of Plymouth; Daughter, Kitty Groh of Lansing; 5 step-daughters, Sue, Lynn, Amy, and Nancy Granger, Charlene Sleight, all of Lansing; 8 grandchildren; 22 sisters, Elaine Fellows of Zephyr Hills Fla., Marilyn Henderson of Lansing; nieces and nephews. Religious services will be conducted by Pastor Michael C. Bater of Zion Lutheran Church at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with Interment in Deepdale Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be, Dick Wright, Forgus Parks, Vaughn McKinch, Bill Sanchez, Greg Jenca, John Jenca. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
