In 1870, Jennie was living with Josiah (George S) Harp and wife Caroline in Jackson District. In 1880, Jennie has just married Theodore A "Dory" Smith and they are living in the Hauvers district. By 1900 she had 8 children. Jennie died from cancer on 4 Mar 1900, and was buried in the Mt Bethel UM Cemetery near Wolfsville, MD.
