To unborn child, to be named Rowles if a son, land adjacent that given my son William, if a daughter then my brothers John Rowles and Obe: Johnson to divide said land between my sons William and Peter. To son Peter land called Osborne Neck. To son Thomas 200 acres at Mattepeny. To daughter Alice. To daughter Mary. To wife Mary. Sons to be at age at 18 and daughters at age 16.
