Obituary for Alfred Sorrell Died in a hospital in Middletown Ohio, age 78, on 14 Oct [1942]. Native and long-time resident of Bath County KY.Had lived with daughter Mrs. Minnie Newcomb for many years prior to the death of his wife, who was Miss Mary Fannie McCarty of Bath County. After her death he went to Middletown and lived with his son Everett Sorrell who died about 3 years earlier. After Everett's death, Alfred returned to live with his daughter Mrs. Newcomb in Middletown. Besides his daughter, he was survived by two brothers: Simpson Sorrell and Sam Sorrell, both of Bath County. Buried Woodside Cemetery.
