Buried 23 Oct 1918 Mt Pleasant (Wilson) cemetery, Darlington, PA A story told to me by Jeanette Tullis, who heard it from other relatives was that Alexander was an odd fellow. For fun, he used to chase his wife and children around the house with a loaded pistol. Apparently Granny Eliza was not fond of him as she didn't want to be buried next to "that man". Unfortunately for her, she was buried beside him. I think the family could not afford an additional gravesite. |
