The funeral notice read: GARMONSWAY, Alexander Edward On May 27, 1961, at Green Lane Hospital, loved second son of the late James and Ellen (late of St Heliers Bay): aged 47 years. A service will be held at A. H. Tongue and Son's chapel today (Monday) at 1.30pm, funeral then leaving for Purewa Crematorium
