Daily Times-News, The Saturday, December 19, 1964 ALBRIGHT Stockard Graves MEBANE ALBRIGHT Stockard Graves, 78, of Rt. 1, Meb-ane, died at his home last night at o'clock after two years declining health and one month of critical illness. He was a native of Alamance County and the son of the late Rankin and Mary Jane Payne Graves. He was a member of Hawfields Presbyterian Church and a retired carpenter. Surviving are his wife, Mrs.. Cora Evelyn Jarrett Graves of the home; five sons, Clifford Graves of Reidsville, Colon B. Graves of Yuma, Ariz., B. W. Graves of Raleigh, Paul Graves of Rt. 1, Mebane and Floyd D. Graves of the home; one daughter, Mrs.. Edna James of Rt. 1, Mebane; one sister, Miss Velnor Graves of Rt. 1, Mebane; four brothers, Charlie Graves ol Rt. 1, Efland, Page Graves, Clem Graves and Henry Tucker Graves, all of Rt. 1, Mebane, 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at Hawfields Presbyterian Church Officiating will be Rev. Donald A. Campbell, pastor of the church Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will remain at McClure Funeral Home in Graham until carried to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service The family will be at the funeral home tonight and tomorrow
