Personal History

Albert Kelley Perry,[5] son of William W. Perry and Elizabeth (Betsey) Kelley,[1][2] was born 19 November 1851,[2][4] in Short Creek township, Harrison co., Ohio.[1]

A letter sent by F. W. Knowles, dated 27 August in Felicity, Ohio, requested a license and certificate for A. K. Perry, age 33, and Rebecca L. Riley, age 20, both being married for the first time. The marriage license was issued 28 August 1883 by the probate court of Clermont co., Ohio, and they were married 2 September 1883, in Clermont co., by Rev. E. N. Vermillian.

Death and Probate

Albert died 17 September 1912, in Kenton, Hardin co., of nephritis and resulting dropsy with contributing old age,[2] and he was buried 19 September[2] in Grove Cemetery, in Pleasant township.[2][3]

Mr. and Mrs. Perry then moved to their present farm in Harrison County. The names of their children are William L., Eddie and Quincy A.”
