He was Notary Royal, and arrived in Acadia around 1690, married around 1694 to Elizabeth MELANSON, daughter of Pierre & Marie-Marguerite MIUS-d'ENTREMONT. Five children listed. Pierre lived at Saint-Charles-des-Mines; died around 1707.
