Jefferson Co IN Will Bk B p. 64, 65, 66 Very hard to read

In the name of God Amen - I Agness Trotter of Jefferson county state of Indiana being weak in body and sound in mind and judgement do make ordain and constitute this as my last will and testament as follows Viz: First I allow as much of my estate as will be necessary to defray the expenses of my funeral in a decent and Christian like manner to be first paid. I also allow my executors as soon as they deem it expedient to make sale of my land to the best or advantage they can after my death. I also allow the piece [or price?] of said land to be divided as follows Viz: I allow to my granddaughter Nancy McIlroy McNutt one hundred dollars. To my granddaughter Nancy Luston twenty dollars. To my son in law Alexander McNutt twenty dollars for his services for renting said farm, paying taxes etc prior to the date under written. I also allow to my daughters Mary Alexander & Margaret McNutt to each an equal share and to my daughter Betsey Sabre [?Sabree] ten dollars less than I do the above mentioned Mary & Margaret. I also allow my bed and furniture to whom I shall be living with or at before my death and my wearing apparel equally divided between my three daughters. I also allow my negro man Wise is to be let free [by warrant? unreadable] the first day of April one thousand eight hundred and twenty six provided he gives approvise? security for his[page 65] own support and I do further allow my executors if James Sabre and [ I do further these words marked out] should bring any account my estate for boarding, washing etc to charge him with all he has received from me since he came to the above state and as----my sons Samuel Trotter & Robert Trotter as they have received their full share. I don’t allow them any more at my death. I do also constitute and appoint Alexander McNutt & Robert Simmton [Simmington?] my executors. In Testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal this 19th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two.
