Her name is Ida M. on the 1880 census and is Addie M. on her gravestone. A family member, Jack Strasser, says her name was Ada May and contributed the following obituary:

Blackburn, Ada May Mrs. Addie Blackburn, aged 55 years, 11 months, 17 days, wife of Frank Blackburn, passed away at 9 o'clock yesterday, Sept. 27 at family home southeast of Frankfort, after an illness of six years. She was born at Mace, Ind., Oct. 3l, 1878, the daughter of James N. and Sarah Elizabeth Jackson. She was united in Marriage to Frank Blackburn June 25, 1894. To this union were born ten children, four of whom died in infancy. Besides the husband she leaves four daughters and two sons, Mrs. Wess Hamilton, Floyd Blackburn, Mrs. Ernest Criswell of Wolcott, Mrs. C. F. Strasser of South Bend, Mrs. Leland Huston of Frankfort and William Blackburn at home. She was a member of the Methodist church in Springfield, IL. She was a devoted mother. She also leaves to mourn their loss two brothers and three sisters, and twenty three grand children.
