    Ada Belle Adams Frakes, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Emily Billingsly Adams, was born March 2, 1890 at Hardy, AR and died March 13, 1986 at West Plains, MO. She was 96.

    On April 3, 1910 she was married to William Thomas Frakes at Caruthersville. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Frakes was a member of the Boone Chapel Church of Christ. She was a long-time resident of Steele before moving away several years ago.

    She leaves: two sons: Boone Frakes of Greers Ferry, AR and Warren Frakes of Corning, AR; four daughters: Gertrude Jones of Louisville, KY, Evelyn Clark of West Memphis, AR, Marcine Dodd of St. Louis, MO and Wanda Pounders of West Plains; 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

    One son and one daughter preceded her in death.

    service was from Boone Chapel Church of Christ Saturday, March 15, 1986 at 2:00 PM. Mr. Bill Lovelace officiated.

    Burial was in Memorial Gardens in Caruthersville, MO, with arrangements by German-Aumon Funeral Home of Steele.
